As part of the 2025 Northeast Arthroplasty Conference, we invite abstract submissions on research dedicated to total hip and knee arthroplasty. The abstracts will be graded and the top 3 submissions will be provided with a monetary award. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING

  • Create a profile if you have not done so already, then log into your account
  • Complete and submit the abstract form no later than Monday, February 24, 2025 at 9:00 AM ET
  • Abstract submissions are limited to 300 words (not including title, authors, and disclosures)
  • Accepted abstracts require at least one author to register and attend the 2025 Northeast Arthroplasty Conference in person. A registration discount code will be provided within the acceptance communication.
  • You are responsible for bringing your printed poster to the conference. The size preference is no bigger than 46 inches wide by 42 inches tall. This is based on the poster boards available for this event. Pushpins will be provided.
  • Submissions from industry will not be accepted

Notification of Results: All primary authors will be notified by Friday, March 7, 2025, if their submission has been selected.

Scholarship & Registration Requirements: Accepted abstracts require at least one author to attend the conference in person. The primary author will receive a discount code to attend the course.

Abstracts will be evaluated based on the quality of the abstract and relevance to the conference theme.
