Clinician educators provide invaluable contributions to the mission of the medical school. They require a clear awareness and strategic planning to understand the criteria for promotion and specific ways to meet these criteria. This workshop will provide guidance and mentoring on the promotions criteria and aligning the efforts of clinician educators with types of outcomes and activities valued for promotion.
