In addition to COVID-19 updates, this session will include an update from Dr. Timothy Flanigan on tickborne illnesses. Providers will be presented with several cases, as well as information related to identifying, diagnosing, and treating tickborne illness in their practices. Finally, providers will be given information to increase their cultural awareness around tickborne illness, including: who is most at risk for tickborne illness, considerations for patients of various cultural and SES backgrounds, popular misconceptions about tickborne illness, and costs associated with diagnosis and treatment.

- Describe the regulatory and licensure process in the state of RI for harm reduction centers.
