Centering Yoga and Cultivating Self Compassion
Participants will experience a gentle yoga flow that will ground and center their minds and bodies for the events and activities of the afternoon. It will help them shift their mental state through practicing mindfulness and self-compassion while doing a gentle yoga flow.

Paid parking is available in the parking garage connected to the medical school building. All other parking lots are subject to ticket or towing. Individuals can purchase parking for $15 a day (hourly also available). The garage is open from 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM 7 days per week. A debit or credit card is required for payment--no cash is accepted.
- Garage parking is not guaranteed and is on a first-come first-served basis. It does fill up on heavy activity days.
