Program Description
The Northeast Arthroplasty Conference is an educational, interactive conference that discusses new and exciting arthroplasty topics with leaders in the field such as outpatient total joints, revision anterior total hip arthroplasty, and the future of robotics in total joint arthroplasty.
CALL FOR RESEARCH ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS
Deadline for submission is Monday, February 24, 2025, at 9:00 AM ET.
As part of the 2025 Northeast Arthroplasty Conference, we invite abstract submissions on research dedicated to total hip and knee arthroplasty. Selected abstracts will be invited for posters. The posters will be graded at the conference and the top 3 submissions will be provided with a monetary award.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING
- Create a profile if you have not done so already, then log into your account
- Complete and submit abstract form no later than Monday, February 24, 2025 at 9:00 AM ET
- Abstract submissions are limited to 300 words (not including title, authors and disclosures)
- Accepted abstracts require at least one author to register and attend the 2025 Northeast Arthroplasty Conference in person. A registration discount code will be provided within the acceptance communication.
- You are responsible for bringing your printed poster to the conference. The size preference is no bigger than 46 inches wide by 42 inches tall. This is based on the poster boards available for this event. Pushpins will be provided.
- Submissions from industry will not be accepted
Notification of Results: All primary authors will be notified by the close of business on Friday, March 7, 2025, if their submission has been selected.
Scholarship & Registration Requirements: Accepted abstracts require at least one author to attend the conference in person. Primary author will receive a discount code to attend the course.
Abstracts will be evaluated based on the quality of the abstract and relevance to the conference theme.
