This presentation will provide physicians and other clinicians with education about the diverse experiences of people with VSC and skills that they can implement in practice to affirm their experiences and promote mental well being.
Learning Objectives
- Appreciate the diversity of experiences under the Variations of Sex Characteristics (VSC) umbrella
- Describe mental health outcomes of people with VSC, and their biopsychosocial influences
- Implement strategies to affirm the experiences of people with VSC, and their families, to promote lifelong mental wellness
