COR 01.18.22: Follow up Conference on Covid-19 - Treatment and Vaccines for the Youngest Children
Data from the American Academy of Pediatrics show as of November 11th, over 6.6 million children have tested positive for COVID-19 since the onset of the pandemic. Everyone 5 years and older is eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, yet vaccination coverage among children and adolescents is lower than in older groups.
This session will provide a follow-up to the October 2021 session describing how COVID-19 affects children and the role of the COVID vaccine in protection against disease and hospitalization and to help practitioners answer the question from parents: What can I do to keep my child safe from COVID-19?
This is a live webinar hosted via the Webex platform taking place Tuesday, January 18, 2022 from 7:30 - 8:45 AM EST.
