Brown Advanced Cardiovascular Therapies Symposium

There have been significant changes to the proper identification and treatment of patients with structural cardiac disorders, coronary artery disease, aortic pathologies and end-stage heart failure. This educational program will serve as an update in these areas and provide information on indications for treatment and appropriate patient selection.

Target Audience

Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners,  Nurses, Medical Students, Residents & Fellows specializing in Cardiac Surgery, Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Primary Care.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify state-of-the-art therapies for structural cardiac disorders and indications for therapy
  • Describe state-of-the-art therapies for end-stage heart failure and indications for therapy
  • List state-of-the-art therapies for the treatment of peripheral vascular disease and indications for therapy
  • Apply state-of-the-art therapies for the treatment aortic pathologies and indications for therapy

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/substitutions must be made in writing to the Brown CME Office at least two weeks prior to the conference, no later than October 25, 2019. A $25.00 administrative fee will be charged for all refunds (no refunds for “no shows”). There will be no additional charge for substitutions. This conference is subject to change or cancellation
