In this professional development talk, Dr. Megan Sumeracki and Dr. Cindy Nebel will describe two strategies that have robust evidence to support their use. They will demonstrate and provide concrete activities and flexible guiding principles for medical educators to immediately apply to their instructional practice, as well as provide additional resources.
