  • Understand the main CRISPR technologies
  • Describe the logic behind the large-scale CRISPR screening technologies
  • Understand the main degron technologies for targeted protein depletion
  • Describe the main advantages of Auxin-induced degron technologies and how it is being utilized to study essential genes
