This educational initiative is designed for local, physicians, specialists, residents, and fellows, specializing in Pathology. 

Learning Objectives

After participation in this session the learner should be better able to

 

  • Illustrate the embryologic origins of somatic mosaic conditions, focusing on vascular anomaly-overgrowth disorders
  • Review the clinical and pathologic features of mosaic disorders resulting from activation of the PI3K and RAS signaling pathways
  • Identify that PROS and somatic RASopathies are cancer predisposition syndromes
