In addition to COVID-19 updates, this session will consist of a status of substance use and recovery in Rhode Island, the utility of harm reduction services, and Rhode Island’s role as the first state in the US to authorize a harm reduction center.  Project Weber/RENEW is the merged organization of two programs providing a full range of harm reduction, recovery, and basic needs services to men and women, including the transgender community.
