Learning Objectives

  1. Examine hemodynamic definitions and phenotyping in pulmonary hypertension related to left heart disease
  2. Evaluate data for use of pulmonary vasodilators in treatment of combined pre- and post-capillary pulmonary hypertension
  3. Review current treatment guidelines for small cell lung cancer
  4. Review indications for surgical resection of small cell lung cancer as initial therapy
  5. Examine literature on role of surgical resection as adjuvant therapy to chemoradiation for Stage II-IIIa small cell lung cancer
