Centering Antiracism

AMS faculty lack adequate skills and knowledge to address antiracism in the learning environment. This module provides foundational knowledge for all faculty teaching within the Doctoring program.

Learning Objectives

  • Describe various examples of racism in clinical medicine
  • Recognize race as a social construct and racism as a disease impacting health
  • Recognize and address microaggressions
  • Describe race, racism, antiracism, power, privilege, white supremacy
