Overview

Join us for this webinar to learn how to differentiate between palliative care and hospice care, as well as the importance of palliative care services for people living with serious illness. Our discussion will cover the role of healthcare professionals as part of the interprofessional palliative care team in the care of patients living with serious illness and barriers they are facing in practice, such as stigma surrounding end-of-life care.
