- Understand how commonly held stereotypes about eating disorders add to the difficulty of diagnosing anorexia nervosa.
- State the diagnostic criteria for atypical anorexia nervosa, including how it practically differs from low-weight anorexia nervosa.
- Apply evidence-based assessment and treatment approaches to a clinical case of atypical anorexia nervosa.
