OVERVIEW
Faculty and residents are increasingly experiencing burnout and professional dissatisfaction. This webinar will provide an overview about a general approach to wellness with an emphasis on sleep-health and sleep-hygiene.
Target Audience
This activity is designed for all faculty and residents.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be better able to:
- Describe the physiologic processes that govern sleep and circadian regulation.
- Recognize the impact of the current health care work environment on sleep patterns among international samples and locally.
- Implement strategies to promote healthy sleep habits despite competing demands
