Overview
This course includes highlights from the OWIMS 2021 Annual Conference and is designed to offer participants a program where they can acquire specific skills and strategies for their academic and professional development, promote diversity, mentoring, collaboration, and address the goal of having a successful and satisfying work-life experience.
Target Audience
A professional development activity for faculty, trainees and house staff.

After participating in this activity, the learner should be better able to:
- Develop realistic strategies for protecting one’s well-being during difficult times.
- Recognize how stroke and sex differences in pharmacology impact women’s health.
