This session is open to all faculty, staff and trainees.
Learning Objectives
- Develop and Articulate a Clear Long-Term Vision: Participants will be able to create a well-defined professional vision for 2025, identifying key goals and milestones for their careers.
- Align Daily Activities with Strategic Goals: Learners will practice aligning their day-to-day tasks and decisions with their long-term vision, ensuring that their daily work contributes meaningfully to their overarching career objectives.
- Implement Strategic Planning Techniques: Attendees will gain practical skills in strategic planning, enabling them to break down long-term goals into actionable steps and monitor their progress throughout the year.
- Enhance Work-Life Balance: By integrating their professional vision with daily tasks, participants will be better equipped to maintain a balance between their work responsibilities and personal life, reducing the risk of burnout
