Overview

This session will explore how the traditional assumptions about managing time have been shifted by the pandemic. Participants will focus on developing a guiding principle for their use of time, and explore how handling distractions, understanding their individual time style and setting boundaries can produce better outcomes.

 

Target Audience

This session is open to all faculty, staff and trainees. 

Learning Objectives

After participating in this event, learners should be better able to: 

1. Identify pre and post time management assumptions.

2. Reframe their time management approach based on time style, boundary setting and assertiveness.

3. Develop a guiding principle for time management.
