A Hybrid Event ~ This Annual Conference is being held live, in-person, and on Zoom.
Join us for a dynamic and practical conference focused on strengthening communication, purpose, and innovation in today’s complex landscape. Through engaging sessions, participants will learn how to navigate challenging conversations with strategies that foster active listening and mutual understanding, while also exploring how to leverage their own strengths and expertise to engage in authentic advocacy. The program will highlight the importance of identifying and grounding your work in a clear sense of purpose, and offer hands-on opportunities to experiment with new applications of AI that can enhance both professional and personal effectiveness. Attendees will leave with actionable tools, fresh perspectives, and renewed confidence to communicate, lead, and adapt in an evolving world.
